We are expanding opportunities to join our team and are actively seeking passionate Junior/Senior Designer to join the company's workforce.

 A. Job overview and responsibility:

• Be deeply involved in all aspects of the development of our product: from idea and brainstorming, to mockups and wireframes, to user stories and specs, to design, coding, QA testing and launch.

• Using tools: Figma, Canva, Sketch, Photoshop, etc

• Design user interfaces (UI/UX) using Figma.

• Translate your wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect final designs and specs.

• Work alongside our BA, Developers to implement your ideas and bring them to our customers.

• Contribute to an awesome team spirit by being both helpful and respectful of the people around you.

• ​ 2+ years working experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design or related role in a tech product company or agency
• Strong knowledge in wireframing, prototyping, user testing, interaction, and visual design
  
• Experience in conducting customer research and usability testing;
• Experience in design and prototyping tools like Figma;
• A strong understanding of design fundamentals (color theory, typography, grid systems, layouts, icons, and interactivity).

• Proactive and highly independent: You love to come up with ideas on your own. You take initiative and challenge the status quo in order to give customers the best experience in the market.
• Concise and effective communications: You’re able to present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Most importantly, you do everything for a reason and you are able to effectively present these reasons when being challenged by other team members.
• Iterative approach: You prototype fast and low-fidelity first. If it works you double-down and test high-fidelity prototypes. If it does not serve the purpose, you scrap and move onto the next thing quickly.

Preferred skills and experiences: 

•  Prefer candidates have experiences mainly in UI/UX.
•  Prefer candidates have experiences mainly in Outsourcing.
• Candidates that have fluent English skills is a plus
